- Rental period: From Saturday 16:00 h to Saturday 10:00 h.
- Down payment of 50% of the total rental amount is paid within 8 days from booking date.

If booking takes place less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date, the full rental amount must be paid at once
- Cancellation more than 4 weeks before arrival date means refund of 50% of the rental amount.
- Cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival date is not possible and the full rental amount must be paid.
- Deposit: At date of arrival a deposit of EUR500 must be paid to the house keeper.

The deposit will be returned in full when the house is cleared, cleaned and everything is found in good condition.

Cleaning is obligatory and must be carried out by the house keeper appointed by the owner. The payment for house cleaning is fixed at EUR150,- and this amount must be paid in cash to the house keeper at the day of arrival.
- The maximum number of persons (8 perons including children) must not be exceeded at any time.
- Pets: No animals may be accommodated in the house (non-allergic house).
- Bedlinen, pillows and towels for maximim 8 perons are available for rent.

Consumeables: Electricity and normal water consumption is included in the rental charge. Fuel, firewood and charcoal etc is not included in the price.
